I’m so glad you’re here
I started crocheting in January 2026 when I was snowed in during the first big snow storm of the year. My partner and I were trapped in New York that whole weekend, and to ease the ever increasing fear that we wouldn’t get a boat back to the island, I ran to Michael’s with my best friend, and started crocheting that night. What began as an easy way to use my brain and creativity turned into a hobby that eased all of my worries at any given moment, and turned into a brand and concept where I get to create incredible things and share them with people.
MORAIS CROCHET encompasses my love of whimsy, the need to find quiet time in a busy world, and a way bring my friends and family together through handmade art on Martha’s Vineyard.
Over the next two months, you can find MORAIS CROCHET at the Featherstone Holiday Gift Show in Oak Bluffs from November 7th-December 16th and the Edgartown Village Market in Edgartown on December 12th.
